A photographer based in Canberra and surrounding NSW focused on aesthetically documenting life and its happenings.
My photography philosophy is real but refined - and I love candidly capturing what’s really happening around me, curating just a tiny bit as I go to naturally highlight the best features of whoever/whatever is in front of my camera - and then making the images “look the way they feel” with a clean and true-to-life editing style.
After studying photography at a tertiary level roughly ten years ago, I went on to study another degree, graduating with a Bachelor of Advertising and Marketing Communication. After some space and time away from it all, I knew I was never done with photography and it made its way back into my life as if it had never left.
I found a huge passion for documenting weddings especially after getting married myself in November 2022. Seeing a wedding day from the both sides of the camera as a bride and as a photographer, has been a valuable experience. It’s taught me a lot about the intricacies of a wedding and all they involve from the very first thought you have about planning, all the way through to when it’s all over. All of the decisions and all of the love on the day deserve to be documented!
When I’m not behind the camera you’ll find me with my (naughty but) adorable labradoodle son, Leo or drinking coffee in the sunshine somewhere.
